Maimava is opening to operators a few at a time. Tell us two things and we will come back to you — every application is read by a person, not a queue.

Two fields, that's it

We ask for the minimum we need to reply to you. Nothing else is required to be considered — no card, no fridge credentials, nothing to install.

By applying you accept the Early access terms v0.1. They are provisional and say so on their face — your application records the version you read. What we do with your details, and how long we keep them, is in our privacy notice.

What happens next

  1. Confirm your address. We email you a link so we know we can reach you.
  2. We read it. Applications are reviewed by hand while Maimava is in early access — this is not an instant sign-up, and access is not automatic.
  3. We reply either way. If it is a fit we set up your workspace and send you a link to sign in. If it is not, we will say so rather than leaving you waiting.

Before you apply

You can already see what Maimava does with your own figures — no account needed. Drop your sales export at maimava.com/try and it comes back as your months, your products and your takings, computed by the platform's own code. Your file is never stored.

What we do with these two details

We use them to answer you, and to set up your workspace if you go ahead. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a marketing list, and if you would rather we deleted the application, ask and we will.

The server also records your IP address with the application, as part of the record of a submission to a public form. That, the lawful basis for each field and how long we keep everything are set out in our privacy notice.
